  • Family friendly work models, allowing for mobile working or flexible working time.
  • Reverse mentoring programs to strengthen intergenerational collaboration between our employees.
  • BSH employee initiatives, such as our networks “WOMENforBSH” and “Colors of BSH,” demonstrate our commitment to encourage a culture of inclusion and respect, celebrating the individuality of all employees regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation.
  • Member of various international diversity, equity and inclusion programs like “Charta der Vielfalt” or “PROUT AT WORK”
